Eligibility for Right to Counsel for those facing evictions


To qualify for free legal assistance under the Right to Counsel program, tenants must:
1. Be facing eviction in the 36th District Court in Detroit.
2. Meet low-income eligibility guidelines.
3. Be involved in a landlord-tenant dispute or housing-related issue, such as unsafe conditions or subsidy loss.
